Working with Top Termite was a wonderful experience. They made what felt like a stressful, overwhelming job when we knew we had to tent go incredibly smoothly. Great communication with Jane in the office made it very clear what we needed to do. She immediately answered any questions we had in follow-up calls. The tenting crew showed up promptly and took care of everything. When the tent came off, their carpenters were friendly and efficient and did beautiful work. We couldn't be happier.

Top Termite tented my house last November. It was a huge job, and they arrived on time and got it done. They are pretty much no frills and had the most competitive pricing. Matt, their representative, came beforehand and was very helpful. He also came afterwards and cleaned out the attic as promised where there had been some droppings. He also reimbursed me for a plant that was inadvertently covered. He is very responsive and nice. I would have given 5 stars except there were 35 broken tiles, as my house is Spanish with 3 large tile sections. It is my understanding that this is the normal amount of damage, so maybe they deserve the 5 stars instead of 4 because other than that they did a very good job. If there was 4.5, for nearly perfect, I would have definitely given them that!
